The Welshpool and Llanfair Railway From Raven Square a woderful narrow gauge railway climbs out of the town in to beautiful border countryside. The train has to climb hard to pull away from the town and it is possble to stand on platforms at the end of the coaches to view the journey. |
| | Friendly staff The railway staff are very friendly especially the people who work in the stations. |
| | End of the line There is not a great deal to do at the end of the journey. There is a small river to walk along but most people simply have a drink or meal in the station cafe. |
