Setting could not be better

The town is backed by a mountain range and looks out on a to a clear blue sea with an island opposite the town that protects the town.
There are views to Mamaris to the left of the sea front vista and many small craft ply their trade along the sea front.

The town seems to be a out station of the United Kingdom - it really caters well for UK residents - its like a UK colony town in a Turkish setting - full English breakfasts and cottage pie on a sale everywhere and sterling fully accepted.

A good page Colin! I ate at the Cafe Maestro too, and had a really good meal, liked it there! Used the Dolmus all the time in Turkey. You have lots of nice photo's and the Shrimp Cocktail looked pretty good!

I've been around the restaurantTips tonight - you certainly know how to tell it how it is! Great job! Lawdy - we Brits have a lot to answer for -awful coffee in Turkey!! chips and peas with everything - what a boner! Glad you found a more local one - that's why we travel - innit:))
