Living in Miami, the Florida Keys are a natural getaway destination, especially on a long weekend. Usually I go all the way down to Key West, even more so when there is a special event going such as Fantasy Fest.
When you go to Keys, the idea is to get in the ocean, whether it is just for a swim, paddle around in a kaykak, or to go on a boat for some diving and snorkeling. Try and explore the marine world: life underwater is almost as nice as above, and after all, it is the Florida Keys where diving was made popular in the first place. |
