T h e R o a d

The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

Summer night in St Anna Archipelago

I'm a 28 year old former student living in Norrk?ping, Sweden. Norrköping is a lovely town you shouldn't miss with large green parks, the Motala river running through it with a dozen waterfalls and a unique preserved industrial landscape where the beuatiful century old industrial buildings has been saved and restored.

I've inherited my interest of travel from my parents who took me and my brother and sister on holidays abroad when I was growing up.

I love to travel and these days I try to travel as often as I can. Between my travels I like to go out into the Swedish archipelago, St Anna & Gryt's Archipelago , and go sailing and fishing with my friends. My other interests are sports, reading, music and partying with my friends.

Skiing

Evening skiing in Sälen

In the winter I love to go skiing. I started skiing when I was very young and as been skiing every year since then. Although my brother tries to "convert" me to snowboard I've so far stuck to my skiis even if I tried the snowboard a couple of times with painful results. =)

A couple of years ago I went down to the French Alps several years in a row. Although the Swedish skiing is great there something special about skiing at 3000 meters in a T-shirt.

The last couple of years I have been skiing in Sweden in S?len and ?re during short ski trips that lasted a long weekend (thursday to sunday) .

This year a couple of friends and myself is thinking about going to Trysil, Norway. If you have any advice about Trysil don't hesitate to let me know.

Diving outside Dubrovnik City Walls

Croatia

I spent 3 weeks in Croatia with 4 friends travelling around by car. It was the best vacation ever and I hope to go back next year!.

We started in Zagreb where we rented the car and drove down to the coast, took the ferry from Split to the Island Brac where we stayed in Bol for 5 days. We then went back to the mainland where we drove down to Dubrovnik.

After staying three days in Dubrovnik we went north again and stopped in lathe town Brela. From Brela we drove towards Zagreb but stayed one day each at the National Parks of Krka and Plitvicka.

Corsica

In July 2003 I went to Corsica for a week where I made a road trip around the island with my sister. We rented scooters and drove around most of the island. We started in Calvi and visited Porto, Corte, Bonifacio and Ajaccio. Corsica is an amazingly beautiful island with spectacular views.
