Tip 1 of 3 : This is the scenic caves entrance sign and this is where we star are adventure. You drive in (parking is free) and you buy your tickets, as soon as you walk in there is a big open area with a big pond on your right side where you can buy some food to feed the huge carps or just lay down on the many available lawn chairs around the pond and watch the ducks or swans. And while you relax (if you have kids) there is a huge playground for the kids to play and run around all at eyes view. And if you feel hungry or thirsty you can get some food or drinks nearby.

On my next tip we go see to the longest suspension bridge in Ontario.

Tip 2 of 3 : Here is a bird’s eye view of Ontario’s Longest Suspension Bridge from this bridge you can see Georgian Bay Sparkling in the sunlight and before you is a 10,000-square kms view. Photo 2 is my son Marco on the tractor that takes us to the bridge, Photo 3 is the towers that support the bridge, Photo 4 the view from the bridge that by the way is 300 meters above the bay and last picture is all of us waiting for are ride back.

This is the 3 and last tip on the scenic caves has you approach the caves there are many sign explaining many things about the caves and surrounding landscape like this one about the History of the caves.

Photo 3: The entrance to fat mans misery (what does this mean) well it means if your to chubby like me you cant go through the cave like all the thin people but have to go the longer way over it lol still I tried but had to come out again lol.

Photo 4 shows the stairs you take to go over the cave (the walk of shame lol).

Photo 5 gives you an idea of how beautiful everything is around here the walk from the main area to the caves and back is really nice there are many small bridges and steps going up and down with some incredible view like this one my aunt Maria is taking in.

Overall this is a nice place to spend a day you get to see the Longest bridge in Ontario some caves and can relax by the pond while the kids play in the huge playground.

Blue mountain ski resort this is a nice place to spend a weekend you can rent a cottage there for like 300 $ and have access to the ski left hot tub and pool my friends Jorge and Paul come here every year so they invited me to come this year but I could not go because I had family from Portugal visiting and they weren’t interested in any of the below activates so I just went down 1 day to visit and see what I was missing.

Photo 2: is the cottage you can rent they come fully furnished with even a microwave and dishwasher you can get one with 1,2 or 3 rooms with a sofa bed in the living room for an extra bed. 300 will get you the 2 bedrooms and sofa bed in living room

Photo 3: This Is the swimming pool where we toke a nice late night swim this is late Jan very cold my hair was frozen, but the water was at 22 really nice it was hard getting out of the pool since it was like 25 below if not more.

Photo 4: The hot tub now here I could stay all night long it was so hot, me and my friend where having a great time from here you can see Blue Mountain and people skiing down the hill has the snow was falling it was funny because when we got out are towels where frozen solid lol. T

his is a nice place to go in winter .
