Hi my name is Orlando martins I was born in one of the most Beautiful Countries in the world Portugal, in vila nova de famalicao I very nice city in the north of Portugal about 30 /45 min drive to Porto.
My parents came to Canada when I was 2 year's old Along with my brother Paulo who was 2 months old. And after 2 year's my little brother Joey was born in London Ontario.
We lived in London for 12 year's and thene my parent's went back to Portugal for good. I came back to Canada 5 years later when I was 19,and stead for one year. And thene went back to Portugal and met my beautiful wife who is from France Silvia.
So after 2 years we got married and on are honeymoon we went to France, So a could see here beautiful country we went for a month all around France it was amazing, that's when I realized a had to see the world, so many amazing thing's to see on this wonderful planet that god Created, so after we got back from France, we came to Canada to live, and are here ever since.
We got 2 kid's Marco 8 and Ricardo 5 and we take theme everywhere we go, we don't levee them with friend's or family not even for a day, so they enjoy all are travel's
And we love to travel I wish I had millions so I Could travel my Whole life from one place to another lol. My dream place is to see Egypt and the pyramids, I love anything ancient, and old. My wife's came true last year 2005, Venice Italy. Wow no words for Italy what a place to see.
My son Marcos favorite place, that he would Like to see is Walt Disney World, and his favorite place that he as been is the view from the C.N. Tower, wow of all the places hes been, Portugal, Italy, His favorite is the C.N Tower in Toronto one of the 7 wonders of the modern world. I guess I see it so many times its like just any other building in Toronto. But I can see his point, If I never saw it for sure it would be on my top 10 lists to see.
Now Ricardo who is 5 when asked what would be the place he like to see the most in the whole world he said I Dont know I havent seen theme yet lol, so a guess he has to see everything to pick one. But had a fast answer on his favorite place he had visited, Niagara Falls and camping anywhere came a close 2nd lol.
Thats why we take theme everywhere there just fun to have around lol. I Hope you enjoyed this little bit of are life, and also enjoy are pages of travels.
I'm a V.T. Member since Jun 30, 2003 but was not active. For the simple reason that we did not travel very much, as to travel you have to have money to spear and with 2 kid's it hard. But are trip to Italy last year 2005 has started are journey of the world, that was sparked when I visited France back in 1994 on my honeymoon.
And now we are going to try every year to go somewhere amazing like are next trip out of Canada. Egypt or Greece, and then , china, and so on. So I hope to have a nice home page in the future that everyone can enjoy has I do when surfing V.T.

|  | Beutifull Italy. Trip of 2005 Italy wow what can I say, well a can start by saying it is the most beautiful country IV seen tell now. We went to Italy because of it's history and beauty, and it did not disappoint us at all, by the contrary it was a lot more then we expected for example.
We walk in the coliseum where Cesar once walked.
We stood on the tower of Pisa where Galileo Galilei conduct his experiment's on the velocity of falling object's, we walked in a town that was buried by a volcano (Pompeii) and thene visited the rim of the volcano that buried the a city Pompeii (Vessuvio) that by the way is smoking,
We also walked in to a town 2500 year's old on top of a hill with a deep valley all around where 15 people live (Civita di Bagnoregio), saw the city of the dead (cerveteri) went in to a cave where the duomo of Milano could fit (Dalle Grotte Di Frasassi) saw Greek temple's like the one's in grease in roman Italy (Paestum) seen a town where all the houses are white and round with dark cone roof's (Alberobello) and of course the smallest country in the world the Vatican city where you can see the Sistine chapel where Michelangelo frescoed the ceiling, or go inside st Peter's to see Michelangelo's pieta that he created when he was only 25 year's old and don't forget that st Peter's is the biggest cathedral in the world.
And that's just to name a few, wow now where can you get all that packed in to a small country like Italy. Just amazing. Venice my wife's biggest dream, to ride the gondola and walk in to the plaza de Sao Marco and the narrow streets of Venice well here dream come true last year. She still say's today that we will go back to Venice again soon for 1 week this time, I hope she is right.
Now my dream place takes us farther then Italy although going up to the tower of Pisa was one of the highlights of my life. Has was the coliseum and Pompeii, But what I really want to visit is in Africa, Egypt and the pyramids in Cairo. Now that would be the Highlight of my life and my dream come true. Next year
