The height
The bus ride from 0 to 4600m and back in just one day will probably make you quite dizzy if you are a flat country rat like me. Ask if the driver or tourguide has some coca leaves and cactus ash. At least I believe it really helped me. Or just the power of imagination??? Also we had some mate tea on the way. It would be ashame to fall asleep during the ride....
