"Loggio Valsolda - Porlezza..." Porlezza by kia81

Actually, my page is dedicated (it's a real tribute!!) to Loggio Valsolda, but as in VT there isn't this place due to the fact that it's very very small, I had to choose Porlezza that is the town by the lake of Lugano just 5 minutes by car from Loggio.

I am very fond of Loggio because I was conceived there and I used to spend all my holidays and week end there when I was a child (until 1986).

The town is very small...I don't know if it can be called "town"...

It's very nice because it is just over the lake of Porlezza (the Italian side of Lugano Lake) and it's surrounded by the nature: woods, waterfalls, meadows full of flowers...

The small town is made by stone houses and narrow streets, there is only a small shop that sell almost everything and there is a nice church on the hill, reachable by stone steps.

it's a real oasi for relaxing and jumping in the past...the time here seems that has stopped running...
