I was born in Helsinki, Finland and think of it as my hometown where ever I am.
I remember dreaming about Eiffel-tower and the pyramides as a child. Well I´ve seen Paris and the tower now and the pyramides are on the list. I really like travelling, but because of studing and the money I don´t get to do it half as much as I ´d like to. That´s why it´s great to have a site like VT to read about other peoples journeys, look at the pictures and imagine what it would be like....
I`ve been trying to create different options for the obvious choises in my Helsinki-pages. Not that I think that the big tourist-attractions should be avoided, but they should be combined with something not so touristic, to get the right feeling of the countries visited.
I´m trying to build up the pages all the time, but there´s still so much to do (which is great, ´cause it´s lots of fun..) As you will or have noticed, there´s no pictures yet. That´s because I want the pics to be my own when I finally add some to the pages.. be patient...
My most helpful sites are (or will be) my Finland and Sweden pages, because I´ve lived in those places. Thanks for visiting my site, hope it´s been helpful.
