Favorite Thing: The thing I noticed most about Mexico was the vibrant colors of everything. From the poorest houses and rundown playgrounds to the getaway spots for the rich, everything is so colorful it is almost surreal.
Fondest Memory: Seeing the bright colors and bright smiles

Favorite Thing: Some people may call this a tourist trap. I guess it depends on how you look at it. Some vendors were annoying and rude, others pleasant and funny. At first we thought that the vendors we okay but after a whole week of them, the novelty wore off. It got to a point that you could not enjoy the beach without being hassled. We did buy a nice blanet that we use to wrap ourselves into when watching t.v. Don't let them fool you into believing that they are poor. Some offer to watch after the nieghbor's kids so they look like they have mouths to feed. One guy hoped into a very nice car at the end of the day, to go home.......

Favorite Thing: What can I say ???? It is great to relax by the beach, catching a few rays. In January, the water was a little brown. I guess at that time, a storm stirred up the water. The water was not as warm as I expected either. It was still a great place to hang out and people watch

Favorite Thing: On our way to the Lighthouse, our driver pointed out a bar on a hill. I wonder how hard it would be to walk down those stairs after a night of drinking without falling ???

Favorite Thing: When we arrived at Stone Island on a tour. This was the taxi that greeted us. It was different. I enjoyed it.

Favorite Thing: We went for a visit to Acuario Mazatlan. I was not sure what to expect. This place was quite small. They had a decent turtle display inside the building. Outside were various paths to follow that pointed out various natural species of plants. This is not Sea World but it was ok for wasting away a couple of hours.

Favorite Thing: The Acuario which is located close to Senor Frogs. There are also a few animals. This place is small but a relaxing short walk. A break from the beach. This place is an opportunity to see all the different types of plants and take pictures of them. The place is very clean and worth a visit.....
