We went to Baden on a day trip during our journey to Vienna. It is a tranquil and nice little town with nice (and like in Vienna: spotless and well-renovated) houses, an impressive plague column and of course the spa buildings (casino, hotels, park). I really liked Baden, in my opinion it is perfect for a day tour or a weekend. |

| | The Hauptplatz (main square) with the city hall, the Kaiservilla (where the Austrian emperor stayed during his stay in Baden) and the plague column is really lovely. There is also a cafe where you can sit, sip a cool drink and enjoy the scenery. |
