Expensive, dirty, mouldy, dark, noisy, full of really weird crowd, doors look like you are going to step into a huge refrigirator. bed linen were dirty, floors we did not dear looking at and were walking in shoes all the time, bathroom had mould all over, the tub was non describable! what you see on the website is an illusion. guaranteed.

I STAYED AT THE HOTEL PENN. AND IT WAS UTTERLY DISCUSTING. MOLDY WALLS CEILINGS, AND THE AIR DIDNT WORK, ONLY ONE PERSON COULD TAKE A FAST SHOWER A DAY AND THERE WERE 4 OF US IN THE ROOM. MOLD EVERYWHERE. | beret Wed Mar 22, 2006 17:54 UTC
