Yes, I love Istria. My mom moved there recently and I am still exploring this wonderful peninsula. I love the slowfood places, the wineries and the proximity of sea as as well as of historical litlle fortress towns like the one on the pic. That one is called Motovun and features a film festival every year in July. Its like the Cannes of Croatia.Besides, the region is famous for its truffels! yum yum,...

I also like that Slovenia and Italy are so near, so when I feel like shopping or just a change it is so easy to B there...
