Going to see Radiohead May 14th, 2008! I took the Megabus from Cincinnati, through Indianapolis to Chicago, then on to St. Louis this past Wednesday.
We arrived at Union Station where I made a new friend, Keeyon, who is a transplanted Chicagoan from St. Louis. Since he couldn't get in touch with his friend in town to bring her out to the concert, we decided to hang out for the day. He & I had ridden the Megabus from Chicago and we wondered just how many had come on the bus with the express interest of seeing Radiohead in St. Louis - we figured probably about 50%.
Anyway, we both have an affinity for THE MOST AWESOME band, Radiohead! We were, like, so stoked, OKAY?!?!

After the concert, under the excellent guidance of you grand VTers, l headed back via County Cab directly to Union Terminal to catch the Megabus back that night to Chicago.
Unfortunately, as I went back the same night I did not need a hotel so I can't report back on those.

St. Louis certainly has very impressive nightlife. The Gateway Arch certainly looks amazing! Thanks for sharing. We certainly hope to visit the city one day. ~ho & pang |
