Ukrainian nationalists fought to free Ukraine from Soviet and Nazi tyranny and Polish colonialism. Lives were lost in that struggle, on all sides, but nationalists were not involved in pogrms of Jews. Many Ukrainians died in the Nazi concentration camps.
