With Piran so close to Portoroz, we actually walked between the two at times.
it's a lovely little city, with great seafood restaurants and a good nightlife.
true, my experience may be biased and tainted because i was there during a festival, so a TON more people were in town adding to the festivities, but even just meeting the locals was nice.
i've been there twice now. once in 2003, and just got back again from the Golden Drum Festival 2004. |
