Haggis - Typical Dish

First meal I had in Scotland was celebrated with "haggis", the national dish. It's a sheep stomach filled with minced sheep lungs, heart and liver, mixed with onion, oatmeal and pepper. It comes with mashed potatoes and turnips on the side.
I even tried the vegetarian version and I later had the real thing again to experience different chef's hands. The haggis is not bad at all, but considering the ingredients I thought it would be tastier than it was. Give it a try!
Best Scottish dish I had is the delicious "cullen skink" soup made with smoked haddock (fish), potato and onion.
