Cadaques

The Mediterranean coast and the interior are very hot in summer. If you ride, your body is exposed to hairdryer air temperatures! Frequent stops in shaded areas are highly recommended.

Barcelona - Sagrada Familia

The incredible art creativity of Gaudi can be seen in Barcelona. Most impressive for its size is the Sagrada Familia, too fancy a cathedral to be completed within budget time and money. Started in early 1900 and still under construction, admission fees help keeping works in progress. Already a modern marvel, I can't even imagine how beautiful and progressive it will be when finished. If ever.
One-way spiral stairs lead up inside one spire and down inside another after crossing a bridge. High visitors volume could give a hard time if you're claustrophobic or afraid of heights.

Ah, you took nearly the same route I took ages ago by car :-)) Salamanca was great and made me go back to Spain and finally Andalucia more often :-) You should continue writing here :-)
