Limski Zaljev (2)

It is possible to go to the fjord's beginning. A stony road leads there (indicator: "Limski Kanal"). Downstairs parking place, bars and restaurants are available. You can see a harbor too. It is a point on the course of many boats which run with tourists. At least one thing is for sure: beautiful views of waters, hills, forests and rocks. In the distance of 800 meters there is a cave which can be visiting without any special equipment (just a source of light will be enough).

Directions: Between Rovinj and Porec.

Limski Zaljev

Limski Kanal (Limski Fjord) - a narrow long for more than 10 kilometers arm of the Adriatic sea. A big part of it you can see from the road between Porec and Rovinj (~ 15 km from both sides). There is a special view-tower (4 kuna ~0,5 euro / person), but without going on there you can enjoy the view just down from the hill.
