What's new? September 2006: big update of my Krakow's pages and many tips from my trips of years 2004-2006 ( orange=more developed pages): 2006: May: Bieszczady Mountains, Lesko, Solina, Sanok (all of above - Poland), Bardejov (Slovakia). 2004: August: Hajduszoboszlo (Hungary); July: Hel, Puck, great Torun (one of the most beautiful cities in Poland, and so far definitely underestimated here on VT). Maybe something to eat? - Try Hungarian langos!. |

Within me (March 2004) It is more than 9 months when I am member of VirtualTourist community. What time quick goes on! Now I am almost a professionalist in making a usage of VT's pages and tools. To be honest during the winter there are not many opportunities for traveling for me, so I travel mainly virtually, but at the same time I try hard to develop my tips about places which I know the best, that mean - in the first sequence - my current home town Krakow, for sure the most significant Polish historical town. Although it is quickly growing it is still in progress. Probably only some longer and breathtaking travels can stop me from being concentrated on the topic which is a part of my daily life. So now my best pages are and will be for a long time my Krakow page.. |

Behind me (September 2003) Well, now I am very astonished at my VT pages and the change of myself, which is at least partly a result of influence this website and its community. Shortly speaking I have got inspiration from them and decided to go ahead me for meeting with countries located south from Poland. During 2-weeks journey I menaged to visit 6 of them and hope to share here some tips about it. The job still is in progress, but you can already enjoy my pages about Hungary. Croatia - I have seen only the part of the Istrian Peninsula. About Slovenia - tips only on the beutiful town of Piran. . |
Near me (August 2003) So I have remembered some places, where I had been in the past. I get a little bit surprised when I realized that if fact I had travelled a few times, moreover I had even been abroad. I have added probably all (for sure - most) of them to my travel-map. Maybe I will even make some tips and travelogues for them . Nonetheless that is still true that I usually stay at home and its near neighbourhood, and as I have written above, for no more than 10 miles. But because I live in a such interesting place I decided give here some information about Krakow and some spots in the Malopolska Region. So if you search for Krakow tips - make use of my Krakow page.. |
Over me (June 2003) It is not so easy to say what you really want to say if you even do not speak English fluently enough. Especially if the story you have to tell is so strange, as only a great adventure for a homebody can be. It was apparently my fate that one day I - who had almost never gone for farther than 10s miles - caught a plane and got an over-ocean flight. Finding my disability of writing a proper story, I can only invite to the first gallery. |
