Cascais is a lovely town near Lisbon ( 30 minutes by train), actually one of the most attractive resorts on the capital's coastline.

You will enjoy beautiful beaches and interesting buildings like the Cascais Municipal Museum, the 16th-century Fort of Cascais known as the Cidadela (the one on my pic).
