Tallchick80 Sat May 7, 2005 02:03 UTC I have found that out with my travels, that Germans just aren't popular! Sadly, at least the language is understood and I get to explain that I am just a silly American and that German is my second language. Usually, everything is great after that. :) | Djkrysa Sat Apr 30, 2005 13:21 UTC I think you were lucky with the driver. Certainly outside Prague it's not a good idea to speak German. Germans are not very popular here(mainly for historical reasons) Some of my German would speak English and maybe admit to speaking a little German. | gilabrand Tue Nov 30, 2004 13:15 UTC Why will you get a better deal if you speak German?? | Pod Mon Sep 29, 2003 00:32 UTC thanks for the tips,i'm hopeing to go in november. |
