The name may be deceiving but this is actually an art studio by Malaccan born artist Charles Cham. The exterior of the building is quite unique & eye catching, once inside U'll admire Charles' work of arts. If U not really into arty stuff, maybe the t-shirts with loud design by him will be of interest to U - a good souvenier to take home as these t-shirts are exclusively available here.
What To Buy: Paintings, arty stuffs and t-shirts, lots of t- shirts to chose from.
What To Pay: Depends on what U wanna buy, prices for paintings varry and t-shirt start frm RM20 above.

Name of Shop: Mahkota Parade
With its tagline "New Shopping Empire in Melaka", Mahkota Parade is no doubt the premier shopping mall in the historical city where locals and tourist love to go. Located at the mouth of the Malacca River and within the touristy area of Banda Hilir, the large mall offers a variety of fun, food and fashion under one roof. The anchor tenant here is Parkson Grand. Apart from a department store and cineplex, Mahkota Parade is also home to a large amusement centre, bowling alley, foodcourts and many restaurants. The mall won the Malaysia Tourism Gold Awards in 1994/95 for Best Shopping Complex when it was merely one year old. However over the years its facilities and services seem deteriorating. Nevertheless, its still the premier shopping mall in Melaka and worth a visit.

As an associate of the AEON Group of Japan, the Jusco department store is among the first international retail outlets operating in Melaka since 1991. The store is popular with the locals for their households needs and supermarket items, particularly for its Japanese products. It is also popular among Singaporean visitors who normally make their shopping spree here before returning to the island via the North-South highway nearby. There are ample free car parking for shoppers here. Apart from the Jusco department store, there are also other shopping and dining outlets within the complex such as McDonalds, KFC and many more speciality shops. For shoppers who want a variety of goods at good value for money, its worth to pay a visit to Jusco Melaka.
