Where to next? Just pack & go! The recent years were good years for my travel journey. In 2006 for instance , I visited Langkawi (after more then 10 years), Chiangmai (with a brief detour misadventure in Bangkok), Padang (with transits in Singapore, Jakarta and Pekanbaru - another misadventure), Bandung, Jakarta, Labuan and Brunei. Though I encountered with some travel hassle on some of my trip (flight delays, flight re-route and miss flight), I never regret or give up on traveling. On the positive side, these misadventures made me a more season traveler as well and definitely I am looking forward for more travels in future.
I have been concentrating more on domestic and regional travels - just want to explore my own backyards before venturing further. So far, managed to go to those places that I never set foot before (Taman Negara, Redang and Kota Kinabalu) as well as re-discovering those places that I have visited previoulsy (regular trips to Melaka and Genting and a down memory lane trip to Kuching with my parents). Apart from the domestic travel, I also made my first trip to Surabaya, Bromo, Bali and Yogjakarta as well as numerous trips to Jakarta.
Where I am going to next? Just check out my "real time (life) journey blog" mansionion.lifelogger for some up date on my journey (real time, hopefully - looks like the website has been down for quite sometime now...). Since most likely I won't be able to update my travel page here in VT regularly and immediately, I hope that I can share on my journey instantly whenever I hit the road with this "real time travel blog" of mine (",) | | |

May 2003 - London & Oxford (spend a week there during the Labour Day holidays, kinda brief I guess and wish will visit again)
July 2003 - Miri ( lucky me, the London's flight ticket purchased lead to a lucky draw win for hotel stay in Miri) |
