Just had 4 days in Sydney had a ball was our second visit. One never tires of looking at the Opera House or Sydney Harbour Bridge. The Observer pub in The Rocks area has a great food menu and is very central. Paddy's market on the weekend for anything right in China Town is a great place to wander around. Can't recomend highly enough staying at the Central Youth Hostel just across from Central Train Station very central clean & friendly.
