I was in Munich for a total of two days, but it didn't take me long to fall completely in love with this city. Rich in history & culture, you'll need much more than that to explore it! I prefer to call this city by its German name (Muenchen), rather than its English equivalent... because Munich just sounds too darn close to Eunuch.
After taking in so much of the old culture, it's so good to see some of the modern -- the bills posted on the walls. Oh, and not to mention the graffiti. There are some cases where the graffiti is just plain vandalism, but I admit, some of it is just beautiful.
You know, I'm not usually a big fan of beer, but this beer was sehr gut! Prost!!!

Great write-up on the castles. The pix of the Residenz is great. Beautiful page.
did your lederhosen man give you a pair to wear while gnawing away on your heart attack feast? then after eating, did you use them as a napkin for your grease-dripping hands?
I don´t understand the Women church legend, but it sounds really misterious.....well, I should know better about devil´s work....but I really like the rats house info...and btw, this is no PORK knuckle.....
Glad you had a good time in Munich. I like your vivid descriptions, and humor.
Cool page Rudy, you are definitely one of the funnier VT members, love the Leiderhosen man! (not literally though)
Yeah, right. You actually saw THE Lederhosen Man. Gimme a break. Next, you're going to tell me you saw the Loch Ness Monster. That picture is so doctored! ;-)
