is it or isnt it.....i always thought this water fall wasnt any famouse, i have been driveing pass it 10-15 times a year, always love watching it, and see how mush water is comeing down this time

to my suprice it supposely has won the title as the biggest turist atraction in europe?!? by a japanese web site ( sure would love to know which one :-)))....)

total height and sigle drop is 612 meter / 2008 feet
width 75 meter / 250 feet

Langfossen is located in the county Hordaland on the road along Åkerfjorden , in the end of the fjord there is a small village called Fjæra inbetween the steap mountains , on the other side of the fjord there is no roads but there still lives people on that side :-)

if you are here around summer and have the opertunit to try the old narrow road its very senic :-)
