Tourist Traps To See: BONANZA- World's Largest Gift Shop
  • Tip Rating: [Not enough ratings yet]
  • Touted as World's Largest Gift Shop! As a Las Vegas memoribilia collector, I could not pass this place up! They had many items I had not seen before in the Casino shops. This store does have A LOT of merchandise, however, at about $1+ more than any of the smaller gift stores found on the strip!

At Least Do This: If you are looking for specific item types, for example if you collect shot glasses, try one of the smaller gift shops. For example, I was looking for a specific snowdome that plays "Luck Be A Lady". It was as much as $39 at large stores. I got it for $19.99 at a hole in the wall next to McDonalds/MGM...
Alternative: Avoid buying at the gift shops in the Casinos for sure! They are the highest priced! Try the shops near MGM at the south end of the strip, and the Walgreens there has many gift items as well at great prices!

We tried to eat there on our way home and I have never met so many rude waitresses in my life. They were so busy but instead of the waitresses helping each others, some were just walking around and every time we asked they said that was not their table.
