Davis Square, Somerville
We live at the southern end of Medford and find ourselves in Somerville on a regular basis, especially the area around Davis Square. The area is full of students (Tufts University is a very short walk) and young professionals, so as a result the streets and businesses are generally very lively. There are lots of restaurants, coffee shops, eclectic stores and bars.

We especially love Davis Square in the summer! The students have gone home, so everything is less crowded. Plus, we can enjoy an ice cream in the square listening to live music!

For other area higlights, check out our ever expanding Cambridge and Boston pages.

The Somerville Theatre is great, I miss going over there to catch movies on a Sunday afternoon!
