The European Constitution Propositions which can become interesting for us travellers.
Any citizen of a Europen country will be allowed free travel in Europe without need for visas or restrictions and will be allowed to settle in any coutry of the European Union without losing their rights.
Any citizen from Europe will be able to go to any European embassy while travelling outside the Union. If for one reason your own wouldn't be present in the country or it would be too far away.
