baie de kanumera, new caledonia - paradise
Hey, I live in Sydney, and like, i guess, everyone else on VT i have been bitten quite hard by the travel bug. Most of my travelling when young was by ship - i used to live almost 6 months a year on various ships visiting my dad - enjoyed it at the time but found visiting places for a day then returning back onboard each day to a warm greeting by your comfort zone seemed to be barely a glimpse at what travelling could be - so have been mainly backpacking and staying long term at more places. The experience of travelling must be the greatest thing someone could do in their life. Most of my trips have been around the pacific islands but also in scandinavia, and the mediterranean. My main interests are writing, surfing, languages and music, i guess the south pacific is my most enjoyed destination, beautiful scenery, cultures and beautiful weather. i hope very much you enjoy these pages - any questions on my travelling, surfing music, or whatever and it would be cool to talk. paix
Hawkes Nest - nsw

A Rosy- Fingered Dawn

Nearly all the travelling i do now is backpacking - or cheaper - with a car this is fairly easy to do in australia - the whole east coast has an adjascent highway from where you can pull off, usually to a small town or quiet beach - this photo is taken from a trip last summer, (my girlfriend and i had just spent the night on the beach - very nice to do in the summer, not so fun in the winter) of a place maybe 4 hours north of sydney.
