Las Vegas is our favourite family resort. My husband loves it for its 'over the topness' and my daughter for the pools and buffets. I love it when they are both happy, and I can sneak off to the shopping Malls! I think we have made about 4-5 trips to the city, and we still haven’t made it to Fremont street. Yes it’s hot (well it is usually August when is when we visit), but it is also a great place to start a US holiday, because it really is the city that never sleeps, so when our jet lag wakes us at 4am and our bodies are crying out for breakfast, it’s easy in LV!

Undoubtedly Las Vegas looks best at night, when all the casinos and hotels lights can be seen in all their glory. During the day, however, Las Vegas's position in the middle of the desert is all too obvious

The Pirate show is changing in '04! But it will still be a pirate theme. And the Alladin will become the new Hard Rock casino -- LV is ever changing :-)
