We were camping by lake Garda, and went on a day trip to Verona. Of course we went to the house that is claimed to be the home of Juliet, and saw 'The' Balcony, (only the guide books says the house was built sometime after the death of William Shakespeare, so it can't be!)
Never mind, the Roman Amphtheatre is real, and magnificant, and the cathedral too.
A single day is not enough to see the beauty of this city, so I will have to go back, soon I hope |
