Cranwell Resort Spa And Golf: An Amazing Resort that I didn't stay at! Cranwell Resort, Spa & Golf Club Review

We didn't stay here. I wish! However, we arrived early for the wedding. (My date was singing the Katoobah.) We got to see the Bridal Suite so of course I snapped a foto for my VT page! We also went back the day after for a brunch. So, we did get to spend a fair amount of time there. Enough to know what a beautiful place it is and know that I'd love to go back!

Unique Qualities: Amazing woodwork in the main lobby, rolling golf courses and gorgeous views. The reason I'm not giving it a 5 star rating is because as nice as the place is, the food left something to be desired. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great.

Super 8 Motel in Lee: Average accomodations for the price of Luxury!

So....we stayed at the Super 8 Motel in Lee, which is the town next to Lenox. Thanks to Tanglewood, the price of our room there was comperable to a room in Boston or any other large city!

Unique Qualities: It was just fine. Sure, the decor was heinous as it always is at these kind of places but all we did was shower and sleep there. The bed was comfy and all was clean. Plus, the a/c cranked and maaaaan.....was it hot that weekend! So, in a nutshell, we were just fine.
