Located in the Ferry Building Marketplace, this little food shop offers a potpourri of delicious goodies. My mom & I opted for the seafood chowder soup and a sandwich. Both were excellent!

Yank Sing: Amazing Dim Sum!

Restaurant Name: Yank Sing
Growing up in Vancouver, I'm a big fan and longtime veteran of Dim Sum. If you're not familiar with this type of food, just think little dumplings, Chinese style. The interesting thing about Yank Sing is that they offer a whole lot of Dim Sum offerings that I'd never had before. So in addition to the basics being delicious, I was also pleased to be able to try many new varieties! It's more expensive than your average Dim Sum but well worth it. Reservations strongly recommended!

Restaurant Name: Jitlada Thai Cuisine
My friend, Laverne, and her husband, Kelly, took my mom and me out for lunch at this delightful little restaurant. It is located in San Francisco's JapanTown but Thai food is what they offer, and great Thai food at that! We ordered a variety of curry dishes and enjoyed everything immensely.

windygiddens Mon Oct 8, 2007 16:19 UTC I'm trying to purchase a small t-shirt from the san francisco fish company. I love to go there but they didn't have my size. I was told Bill could help me.
