Gran Taxis

You can get taxis for agadir and tafraoute on av. du 20 aout after the bab in mechouar, in front of the centre artisanal.

Buses

You can get buses in Mechouar. CTM have 3 departures:5am for Goulimine via Bou Izakarn; 5.30am for Casablanca via Agadir, Essaouira and Safi; 9pm to tangier via marrakesh, casablanca, rabat, kenitra.
apart from CTM there are also other cheaper ways to go out of the city. check out other companies in Mechouar.

You can bring your own wheels as all over Morocco (expect a few parts) are all made with asfalt. I brought my own car, and we were heading western sahara as you read on the intro page.
