Sure, the twin towers in Kuala Lumpur are the 2nd and 3rd largest buildings in the world (there's a new taller one in Taiwan). But the highest you can go is about a third of the way up, to the bridge that connects the two towers.
The KL Tower, because it is built on a hill, is actually taller than the twin towers, and you can go pretty much to the very top! You can see in this picture that we're pretty much looking straight out at the top of the twin towers.
There is a great audio accompaniment, by way of a portable MP3 player. You go to station 1, push '1' on the player, and hear about what you're looking down on. Available in many languages.
