The best place to shop for cards and little gifts
is located in the lobby of the opera.

Yes , I know , it is quit amazing to find it here.
The prices are very reosanable and they got
all sorts of original and cheap items.

I brought back some match boxes with old
poster reproductions of famous opera plays ,
a lot of post cards...

WEST END!: The same...

If you want to find out about Hungarians and
shopping capitalism...go to one of those
gigantic shopping centers.

The one easy to reach is left of the
'Nyugati station' and is called
WEST END. It looks very very western.
I just as much disliked it like I did at home.

A very very good imitation. You can get
probably everything in one of the most modern
buildings of the city.

A large balloon above the centers helps
you find them. Enjoy if you want to.
