Packing Lists: Healing baths?
  • Tip Rating:

  • Toiletries & Medical Supplies:
We visited a bath every single day of our trip
and enjoyed it a lot. After that week my skin
    had never feld that smooth.

But it doesn't work for your hair... my hair was
as dry that it would probably catch fire if I walked
too long in the sun. And it looked like one of
those bushes that has to roll over the screen
in those very warm and desolated villages
    in westernmovies.So take some conditioner
with you. Some extra towels wont hurt either.

Another thing to take with you when you go bathing
is something to put on your head.
Only the géllert bath provides a ridiculous
blue double plastic thing to put on your head.
At the other baths if there is a swimming
section you need to bring it yourself.

    Don't forget.

Thanks for the helpful review! How dressed-up do people get when they attend the opera? Are tuxedos or suits necessary for men, or would nice slacks with a blazer and tie be appropriate? Thank you!

We loved Cafe Ruszwurm as well. Loved your tips and your writing! Very vivid and helpful! Thanks a lot for a lovely page, Frank!

The baths and cafes sounds to be wonderful! I will visit Budapest for a few days later this year and I'm really looking forward to that.

I wish I had read your Budapest tips before I went!! They are excellent - still, it was fun reading them after the event too - btw, I love all your 'food' pics - lol ;-))
