In practice 80% of the people living here
speak french. Hospitals , the post...
have to make big efforst to find people
that speak both languages.
There have been incidents with the fire
department not understanding a costumer
whos house was burning down.

What I am saying is...
If you are one of those people that gets lost all
the time make sure you got the French
street name. Otherwise nobody for sure
will be able to help you.

Sometimes when I was cruising Brussels and
looking for this or that spot , I tried to translate
the streetname. Always an hilarious activity.

Brussels didn't removed all of it's old signs
either. That is to make it even more complex.
