Utila is a small island off the coast of Honduras. It is one of three islands that make up the Bay Islands chain. It is not very touristy... cheap accommodations and food, and is one of the cheapest places to get SCUBA certified. I finally got certified this last time. It was really nice, getting certified in the Carribbean, as opposed to a swimming pool. |
