    • Watch out for turtles (hard to find).
    And enjoy the fresh forel from this river afterwards. Also take a dive in this warm river.

    • High on the cliffs above Caunos you can see the unique and magnificently carved Lycian rock tombs. This funeral culture unique in history, was done only by the Lycians. It dates back to 400 B.C and some of them were re-used by the Romans were again-used.

    • Dalyan has many therapeutic hot springs. The waters which contain radioactive elements and sulphur are believed to cure rheumatism, skin, liver, spleen and bowel complaints, as well as being beneficial for nervous and digestive disorders.

    The Sultaniye Thermal Bath which is famous in Turkey, the water is 40 degrees C. The water used since Hellenistic times.

    The mud baths are also said to remedy rheumatism as well as cleanse and beautify skin. Once you have covered yourself in the mud, than you wait for a few minutes for it to dry. You clean yourself in the sulphur pool. Mud bath is also at a temperature of 40 degrees.

    • One of the best beaches of Turkey.It is about 7 km. long and one side is the sea and the other side is the fresh water.The Caretta Caretta turtles come there every year around july between september to lay there eggs.So,because of them the beach is protected.It is forbidden to build of any hotels on the beach.Thi beach is closed at 20.00 pm.-09.00 am. because of the Caretta Carettas. Here you get some free time to swim/sunbathe. It's nice warm water, and a great panorama on the beach between the mountains.

    • Enjoy the sun with the sea-breeze while resting on the deck.

    If it get's too hot, the boat stops to take a dive into the deep blue sea.

    Nice panoramic views from the boat

    • Marmaris harbour is a very nice place to wander around, with a great promenade.

    Watch out for the hassling restaurant keepers/boat trip sellers.

    The castle has limited opening hours, make sure you reach it before 18:00 hr in the evening.

     this is a must. If you book the dalyan/mudbath trip you will stop here for about 2 hours and it is one of the best around. A long sandy golden beach and crystal clear warm water and unspoilt. It is superb!
