Bordeaux - La Belle Au Bois Dormant

Sleeping Beuty

Place de la Bourse - mi's
Bordeaux is a port city in the south-west of France. It is the capital of the Aquitaine région, as well as the préfecture (administrative capital) of the Gironde département. The city is nestled along the Garonne River about 45 minutes miles inland from the Atlantic coast. To the west lie various oceanside resort villages like Cap Ferret, to the northwest is Périgueux and Agen is to the southwest.
The city known as La Belle Au Bois Dormant, the 'sleeping Beauty', is well and truly awake after years of slumber. But when during my stay here, it seems the city never sleep at all... ^_^

Bordeaux @ Nite

I love walking along the river @ nite. The city so beautiful, the lights, the buildings, cathedral, and everything so great....
Few days stay in Bordeaux seems not enough.... cos too much to see... and just walking around we can admire this city which full with old building and gate, and also history of this city...

When you visit Bordeaux, you’re sure to have wonderful time. No matter where you go in the city, there is always something worthwhile to do, see, or enjoy.

paradise for shopaholics and wine aficionados

Bordeaux is an absolute paradise for shopaholics and wine aficionados. Easily one of France’s most beautiful and interesting cities, Bordeaux’s pedestrian shopping zone is constantly filled with tourists and locals alike. As a hub of the Bordeaux wine-producing region, there are numerous shops selling high-quality wines at low prices. There are many tours to the area’s grandiose wine châteaux for tastings in stunning settings.
