Bankas is at the southern end of the Bandiagara Escarpment. It's 10 KM to Telli at the foot of the escarpment. It is impressing to approach the escarpment of this side. First you see only the cliffs and than suddenly it's also possible to recognize the cliff dwellings in the same natural colors. |
