Charles de Foucauld (known of the heritage in the Hoggar) is buried in the neigbourhood of El Golea.

Sounds interesting to meet the girls at the youth centre! I didn't have a single tea during my latest trip, but I really miss the custom of being invited for tea in the Middle East/north Africa.

The correct word is Ksar not skar.It has been renewed with special budgets because it became part of world's richnesses.

Your meeting at the youth center is a marvel. I remember too, climbing to the old Ksar in the morning but already hot ! Great memories ! Thanks !
