Huangshan is incredible. Photographs can't convey the exhiliration arising from the sheer immensity of the drop-offs. However, it is very crowded with tourists and prices are steadily rising. I recommend exploring the villages in the surrounding area (Nanping and Hongcun), as well as the emerald valley that were filming locations for Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. |
