Close enough to Denver yet far enough away to enjoy uncrowded trails, small town niceities, safety on the streets and an opportunity to know your neighbors. Many on my street commute to Denver and many work out of their homes. We live here because of the clean air, open space and QUIET evenings. The weather is real, not boring. A perfect place to relax and entertain.

Lightning storms are beautiful and silent in early Spring evenings. Winds will blow your lawn furniture 3 house down if it's not secured. Get a tan in 10 minutes in July. Drink lots of water and smother yourself in body lotion - it's dry up here. It snows here in May. It can be 3 feet deep and the next week it's gone. Got shorts and ski wear. Weather tests your driving skills here.
