Exeter, Devon, England - is a great place to live!
We have a thriving city, close to the beach (approx 10 miles).
Dartmoor is only 20 mins drive.
Exeter is steeped in history.
Housing is expensive and the wages are near the bottom of the national scale, but it is a clean, beautiful enviroment for all.
My family and I have not had many holidays, everything is here, so we have a trailer tent and we go camping most weekends in the summer . We have travelled all over the country on longer trips.
Now the children are older, (eldest 17 youngest 12), we thought it was a good thing to start to see the world.
Last April we went to the Algarve, it was cold and wet, and I was not impressed, Cornwall has more to offer.
We have been planning a trip to Florida for 2004 with the family (14 of us in all)
We are spending the first week in Orlando, and for the second week we have rented an 8 bedroomed, luxurious villa in Cape Coral. I can't wait.
So we decided to find a cheap last minute deal somewhere warm this summer!!! Ha Ha Ha
Clever old me finds a bargain -

Luxor in fact,
I really am looking forward to it.
But as we have never been anywhere hot before this is going to be a baptism of fire - literally.
