Valdez is a great place to visit and live! Come enjoy our endless snow in the winter and sun in the summer. Great views of waterfalls, mountains and water life. Excellent fishing, hiking and biking.

Pros and Cons
  • Pros:Very quaint with some ofthe most beautiful scenery in Alaska. Worth the Drive. Great fishing.
  • Cons:Long Drive! But it's worth it!
  • In a nutshell:Little Switzerland of Alaska. Amazing 360 degree mountain view with waterfalls everywhere.
