and live 8

I've not paid a visit to VT for a few weeks as I've been away for most of the last couple of months.Last week I went walking "up north" around Hadrians Wall, and got back just in time for live 8 in Hyde Park. I was one of the (150,000) lucky people to have got a ticket. Got to see some of my fav bands - and in particulary Pink Floyd and of course Macca - eat your heart out Tara! (Londonlover)

Tuscanny

I spent early / mid June traveling around Tuscany with its beautiful countryside and architecture, and (of course) Pisa. I've always wanted to climb up the leaning tower, and finally got the opportunity!

Hadrians Wall

A great place for doing some walking and taking in the Roman History.

Haltwhistle

I spent a couple of nights in this quaint Northern Town - apparently it’s the "Centre of Britain" It's a bit like going back to the 50's This picture was taken at 4 o'clock on a Saturday afternoon. Very few people around because all the Shops shut at three!

Gasp! You were at Live 8 and saw Macca?? You're right, I'm insanely jealous. :) Wow. Nice view of the stage, too, you lucky guy!

Yeap, u r right- that is in Chandigarh, near railways station. I can say that Chandigarh is one of the cleanest cities i saw in India :)
